Meat is just an easy source of protein and calories. That is why people eat it. There is no reason that someone can't bulk without eating meat.

You will just have to find protein from other sources. If anything, I recommend eating at least fish, if you are going to eat no other meats.

Best way as in the simplest, quickest way to get the right amino acids and enough calories per day. Otherwise you have to plan out your meals and make sure you're getting what you need. Like vegetarians are supposed to pair beans with corn because alone they're incomplete protein-wise. A normal person can just eat a shitload of chicken and steak and probably get much more out of it than the vegetarian.

It is now believed there is more like a 24 hr buffer, at least, to get your amino acids together.

It's really a shame people grow up thinking animals are to much alike humans to eat. It's just recently in the 20th century that people have started treating animals as little humans, and it's disgusting.

I beg to differ. There's no diffrence between eating an animal and eating a plant. The plant is just as much living. You should really back up what you're saying. Only problem is vegans can't. You can't prove that an animal has any more soul then you can a plant.

There is every difference. Animals are conscious beings which can feel pain and have some basic level of emotion. Plants do not. Animals are aware of the conditions they are kept in, plants are not.

From a universal perspective, there is no diffrence from an animal being eaten then a plant. It's the way things have always been, so get used to it. And yes, animals can feel pain, but the ways which they are slaughtered I'm pretty sure they die instantly, thus no pain. I like to think of it that they go back to the land from before they were born. But seriously, you shouldn't waste your life with animal rights shit. It's never going to happen, and any diffrence you make is insignificant. You won't stop animals from being in pain, if anything you'll just stop some animals from being bred at all. You also got to keep in mind many species of animals would be completely extinct by today if we didn't breed them for food.
